IHA's 19th Annual Health Literacy Conference

IHA’s Annual Health Literacy Conference draws professionals from all over the world. This premier event offers something for everyone in the field of health and human services. Whether you work directly with the public or behind the scenes, in patient education or in research, at a small non-profit or a large corporation – the opportunities are endless.

For this year's conference, we reimagined the theme and presentations to reflect recent events. The new theme for this year is, “Health Equity and Disparities in the Time of COVID-19.” We will share stories, insights, and encourage conversations to promote a greater understanding of the pandemic's disproportionate effect on select populations. Most importantly, we will identify solutions to consider as we work to rebuild a more equitable society.
